Experience an extraordinary evening with Hundred Acre Wine Group, followed by an overnight stay at Southall. This exclusive package pairs accommodations with two seats at our progressive Farm Supper, created around a rare collection of wines from acclaimed vintner Jayson Woodbridge.

The evening begins at The Jammery with a welcome pour before moving into the production field for a glimpse of the season’s final harvest. From there, guests continue to the hilltop for a multi-course dinner beneath the autumn sky.
For this occasion, Southall’s culinary team reversed the traditional approach to pairing. Each course was created around the wine, featuring selections from Summer Dreams, Fortunate Son, and Hundred Acre, and concluding with the exceptionally scarce Hundred Acre Fortification.
