Managing Partner, Quality
Elyse is the therapist. The heart and soul of Southall’s team, Elyse is committed to fostering harmony and happiness, creating an environment where people feel heard, valued and united. Elyse listens sincerely and intuitively, understanding not just the words, but the feelings and intentions behind them.

Managing Partner, Real Estate
David is our architect. He has the ability to envision and realize potential where others see only blank spaces. David builds ideas and innovation and thrives in transforming open fields, empty canvases and raw concepts into groundbreaking realities.

Vice President of Hospitality
Chris is the referee. He looks intently for consistency, standards and the flow of the game. Chris knows a good referee must exhibit confidence, decisiveness and impartiality, ensuring that all players understand and respect the rules. He treats all people equally, creating a sense of fairness that upholds the spirit of competition in the game of hospitality excellence.

Vice President of Property Management
Paul is the historian. As the keeper of Southall’s truth, he leads with fact-based insight and insatiable curiosity for understanding the evolution of life, business and everything in between. Known for his passion for facts and details, Paul has a natural ability to connect the dots, bringing depth and perspective to each project by uncovering how things work and intertwine.

Vice President of People and Process

Vice President of Food and Beverage
Matt is the musician. He listens first—because just like great music begins with understanding the beat, great leadership begins with understanding people. He knows when to lead and when to step back, giving others the space to take the solo. No one wants to be part of a band where one instrument drowns out the rest.

Vice President of Finance
Glenna leads the way a dancer moves—intentionally, gracefully, and with deep awareness.
She leads with presence and poise, always attuned to how each step impacts those around her. Like great dance, great leadership is built on rhythm, timing, and connection. It’s knowing when to take center stage—and when to lift and support your partner. Because leadership isn’t always about being out front; often, it’s about moving in step beside others.
